What was done
Mark traced the recurring tamper alerts on zone 12 to a cracked contact housing on the loading-bay door sensor. He replaced the door contact and its tamper spring, re-terminated the loose cabling at the junction box, then walk-tested every zone and confirmed a clean arm/disarm cycle with the monitoring centre.
